Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the preparation and submission of tax returns for a range of clients
  • Providing expert tax advice and planning strategies for both individuals and businesses
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and legislation
  • Liaising with HMRC and other relevant bodies on behalf of clients
  • Handling complex tax issues and queries, offering tailored solutions
  • Overseeing junior staff and providing mentorship and guidance
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure holistic financial services for clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within a professional accountancy practice, with a focus on tax management
  • In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and strategies
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
