Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the preparation and submission of tax returns for a range of clients
- Providing expert tax advice and planning strategies for both individuals and businesses
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and legislation
- Liaising with HMRC and other relevant bodies on behalf of clients
- Handling complex tax issues and queries, offering tailored solutions
- Overseeing junior staff and providing mentorship and guidance
- Working closely with other departments to ensure holistic financial services for clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within a professional accountancy practice, with a focus on tax management
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and strategies
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
