Job Title: Administrator (Supply Chain)

Location: Rural Sevenoaks (Driver required)

Remuneration: £27,000 - £29,000 DOE + Annual Bonus

Contract Details: Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Hybrid working schedule will follow after probation, with three set days in the office and two days working from home.

Our client is a dynamic organisation seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in our client's operations by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of various administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and friendly work environment. Training will be provided for specific tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and track purchase contracts to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Administer customer calls and provide timely updates to customers and clients to maintain excellent customer service
  • Monitor shipments and container arrivals to facilitate timely deliveries.
  • Process shipping documents to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Track supplier invoices and payments.
  • Assist with stock control, including conducting stock counts in the UK.
  • Approve invoices for prompt payment.
  • Address queries and implement corrective measures.
  • Coordinate stock releases and deliveries to meet customer demands.
  • Perform compliance duties to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is required, if you have a background within supply chain/customs this would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills are crucial for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
