We are currently partnering with a dynamic and reputable law firm who is actively seeking a talented Tax Consultant Lawyer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of tax matters, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex tax issues.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective tax strategies and solutions.
- Review and prepare legal documents related to tax planning and compliance.
- Represent clients in tax disputes and negotiations with tax authorities.S
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide proactive guidance.
Qualifications:
- A current English Law practicing certificate
- Specialisation in tax law with a minimum of 4 years PQE
- Strong understanding of local and international tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in incentives/ share options a bonus
