Job Brief:
- Oversee and maintain all aspects of a company's technical systems, including software, hardware, and networks.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT resources, with a focus on system efficiency and security.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the technical maintenance, configuration, and support of systems and software.
- Provide database and environmental change management, including testing and implementation to avoid system impact.
- Offer technical solutions assistance and support to technicians.
- Coordinate the installation and maintenance of video systems and manage complex security systems.
- Maintain asset lifecycle management and contribute to incident recovery and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- A relevant degree such as a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as DOD, ITIL, IAT, CISSP, IAM, RMF, PMP may be required or preferred.
- Experience with asset management, incident management, and problem management.
- Proficiency in computer systems, applications, service catalogues, and storage devices.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to provide 7x24 on-call support if necessary.
