Stores Manager

A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Stores Manager, on behalf of our client based in Romford.

Duties will include:

  • Receiving deliveries, checking, booking in and allocating all materials into Stores
  • Operating the counterbalance forklift
  • Register any items onto inhouse system
  • Ensure items are stored correctly
  • Working as part of a small team, liaising with the Purchasing Department for stock and tools requirements
  • Maintaining a tidy work environment
  • Preparing and participating in stock taking
  • Organising van deliveries

Requirements:

  • Ideally stores experience within an industrial or similar environment
  • MUST have valid counterbalance FLT licence and experience
  • IT literate, able to use in house system and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Work well within a team
  • Good organisational skills

Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm
  • Friday: 8.30am - 2pm
