Contract Administrator

Working for an award-winning company, you will be required to support their current team, assisting with the organisation of collections and deliveries.

This role is highly data and processing driven with no or little telephone elements, therefore we are looking for individuals who enjoy working to deadlines in a highly processed driven environment.

Ability to work to deadlines, the successful individual must have excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy, being analytically minded, along with strong Excel experience. This is a great role to gain extra exposure into all areas of the business, and can also offer opportunities to work on specific projects which will in turn enhance your skills and experience.

Duties:

  • Take ownership of customer / clients requests, queries and schedules
  • Management of all administrative, support documentation and paperwork to ensure a potential client is on-boarded quickly and efficiently
  • Provide confirmation of changes and requirements

Experience:

  • Fully IT proficient (Outlook / Word / Excel)
  • Google Analytics and Googledocs an advantage
  • Highly organised and able to work to targets and deadlines
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident and professional communicator
