Role Purpose:
The Organisational Capability Consultant is responsible for supporting the Programme Leads to scope and manage a portfolio of business agnostic: Group learning academies, talent programmes, career development tools and propositions organised around key skills, domains and talent segments:
- Develop solutions through an academy approach focussing on key areas such as Wealth, Agile, Sales, Personal Skills etc.
- Provide strategic specialist Organisational Capability support for GB/GF strategic priorities e.g. BWOT, AWT, FoFL (expectation min 30% of time)
- Develop career and talent development programmes
Requirements:
- Deep technical subject matter expertise in organisational capability including external trends and developments
- Experience of working in a large matrix organisation, ideally international
- Learning & Development background – consultancy as well as building
- Demonstrates awareness of other HR disciplines e.g. hiring, talent, performance management, diversity & inclusion and reward, and how they interplay with learning solutions
- Our client experience is highly desirable
- Hands on, enthusiastic, engaging and a willingness to learn is a must
- Risk and compliance background / experience is desirable
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills are required
