Customer Service Advisor

Our client in the insurance industry are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to help them reach out to policy holders with information about their insurance policy.

Key details:

2 month temporary assignment

Full time, Monday-Friday

Hybrid (office based in Reading town centre)

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking a medium volume of inbound calls from policy holders who will be enquiring about their policy.
  • Suitably handling customer requests/enquiries, in a timely manner.
  • Admin as required, taking notes of customer calls. Using a CRM system.
  • Escalating calls to the relevant department where needed.
  • Sending out emails to follow up after call where required.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or predominantly phone based role would be highly preferred.
  • Ability to explain outcomes clearly and concisely.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
