We are currently recruiting for one of trusted clients who are looking for a Client Engagement Lead & Delivery Partner. This is your chance to join a leading global provider, specialising in innovative digital solutions and services spanning across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, finance, transportation, and healthcare.

Main Responsibilities of a Client Engagement Lead & Delivery Partner

  • Contributing to new business development efforts in new clients and facilitating those offerings.
  • Driving the sales cycle including opportunity identification, scoping, proposal development, Statement of Work production and contracting.
  • Overall account management to include work quality and customer satisfaction, collaborating with service delivery leadership to deliver solutions & services.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills Required

  • At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing Account Manager or Delivery role in IT professional services or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated expertise and a strong network within the Manufacturing industry in the Northeast of England.
  • A strong background in delivery, programme/project, and managed services environments.
