As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll have a direct responsibility for managing and growing a high-performing team. You will oversee budgeting and cost-saving, planning and team target achievement. In addition, your ability to implement change will not only be encouraged but highly rewarded and celebrated.

Responsibilities:
- Managing 10 direct reports and fully responsible for the whole site operation.
- Fulfilment and distribution of up to 150 large orders per week.
- Own the operational budget and lead cost-saving and performance initiatives.
- Lead internal change and team growth, 1-to-1s and continuous team coaching.
- Review current operations suggesting improvements to drive positive change across the site.
Ideal skill set we're looking for:
- 2-3+ years' experience leading warehouse & logistics operations as a warehouse supervisor, manager or operations manager. With a strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting and cost saving.
- A proven track record in strong leadership, through a mentoring & coaching approach. With a track record of driving change.
- Excellent knowledge of fleet control and logistics operations.
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others.
