HR Business Partner - Permanent - Runcorn - £45,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits

Our client is a leading, diverse, and successful organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking for an HR Business Partner to join their existing HR team.

As HR Business Partner you will report into the HR Director and form part of the wider HR team. A strong generalist you will be responsible for providing both operational and strategic HR support to the senior management team. You will advise on all HR issues including employee relations, recruitment and L&D and support with projects such as talent management, OD, succession planning, change management and employee engagement whilst driving cultural change and developing management capability. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.

A solid HR generalist and operational Business Partner, you will have gained your experience from within a manufacturing/logistics, unionised organisation and be used to working in structured and compliance lead environment. You will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will be technically astute and commercially focused and be happy working within the detail. You will be pragmatic, analytical, and credible. My client would consider someone who is a seasoned HR Business Partner or someone who is ready for the next stage, full support and mentoring will be provided.
