Our client is a leading provider of high-quality outdoor play equipment for the residential, leisure, local authority and national home building sectors. They are seeking a National Sales Manager to join their organisation. Within this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies to accelerate ambitious growth plans.

This is a field-based role, with expectation to be in the Head office in Wiltshire at 3 days per week

The role offers a base salary of up to £50,000 (DOE), with good OTE potential. Not to mention fantastic company benefits, a rural office location and resident office dogs!

In the role of National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for growth, devising and implementing B2B sales strategies accordingly.
  • Nurturing and developing strong relationships with key clients and contacts in identified sectors.
  • Championing the CRM database and generating leads through a variety of tactics, including LinkedIn.
  • Understanding and addressing specific needs of customers ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analysing and reviewing sales data and reports, driving decisions through data and tweaking sales strategy as required.
  • Keeping you finger on the pulse to stay ahead of market trends and competitors, utilising industry expertise.

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in the outdoor play industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in devising comprehensive sales strategies, driven by data.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen.
  • The ability to adapt to the market, industry and company priorities.

The role:

Working alongside the Director, you will shape the B2B sales strategy to drive growth and build brand awareness. With clear objectives and an overarching mission to be leaders in their field, you'll be integral to the business achieving both. The role of National Account Manager will suit a sales professional with a proven track record of implementing effective sales strategies, generating leads, and delivering on KPI's.
