We are looking for a dedicated 1 to 1 Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school's inclusion team in the heart of Epsom. In this role, you'll work closely with individual students, providing tailored support to help them succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist students in accessing the curriculum and completing classroom tasks.
- Implement strategies to promote academic progress and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback.
1 to 1 Learning Support Assistant
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting students' learning and development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in education or child development are advantageous.
