Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join a established retailer. The successful candidate will report into the Head of People Operations and play a key role in the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of the compensation, benefits and recognition agenda.

The Role as Reward Analyst:
- Gather internal and external insights to develop pay models and recommendations for the annual salary review process
- Support the full implementation of the annual salary review changes, including communications and instruction to payroll
- Undertake job evaluation and pay and benefits benchmarking for a wide range of roles
- Development and management of a range of employee benefits and recognition tools
- Oversee annual data submissions and reporting, i.e. Gender Pay reporting & salary surveys
- Be the escalation point for day-to-day inquiries related to pay and benefits, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to maintain employee satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and support effective working relationships across departments, promoting a cohesive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Experienced in the world of Reward, ideally with international experience, but not essential.
- Highly experienced using Excel with an interest in data analytics
