We are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their experienced team. The role is based from any of the Gloucestershire offices, with remote working opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on a broad range of Wills & Probate matters, demonstrating technical expertise.
- Handle matters related to lasting powers of attorney and probate.
- Actively contribute to the local business development and growth of the firm's reach.
Person Specification:
- Experienced and technically proficient Solicitor/Lawyer in Wills & Probate matters.
- Demonstrable skills and knowledge in wills, lasting powers of attorney, and probate.
- Strong interest in developing business locally and contributing to the growth of the firm.
- Proficient in using data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communicator with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and courtesy.
