They are a highly entrepreneurial, high growth business based in the heart of central London with ambitious plans for further growth and have a new opening for a Client Relationship Executive to join the Customer Success team.

About the role of Client Relationship Executive

With the opportunity of working from the London office 3 days a week, our client is seeking a bright, motivated, and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive / Customer Success Executive to join their client relations team.

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will:

  • Be responsible for all post sale activities as part of the customer journey including onboarding and training clients on the platform, driving customer adoption and handling inbound queries via email and phone
  • Build 'long term' relationships with clients at all levels
  • Monitor customer usage data and health indicators translating them into strategies for upsell opportunities
  • Become the 'voice of the customer' and collaborate successfully with product, editorial, research and sales teams for best practice

About You

  • Minimum of 2 experience in a Customer Success role
  • Can demonstrate the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Understanding of B 2 B subscription-based sales model
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and writing skills
  • Outgoing personality, personable and a team player
  • Ability to work from the Central London office 3 days a week
