Client Support Apprentice

Intelligent Pensions in Glasgow are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a client support apprentice. Intelligent Pensions deliver a service to individuals all over the UK that covers wider pension and investment advice, in addition to other areas of later-life planning when it comes to finances.

What will I be doing?

  • Working to become a system expert on Inteliflow, using this to maintain client records and ensuring data is always accurate and update to date
  • Acting as a first point of contact and responding to / escalating client queries
  • Implementing investment transactions on various systems such as Nucleus
  • Wide use of Microsoft Office Package to complete various daily tasks
  • Preparing for annual review meetings – Dynamic Planner links, helping to create presentations and supporting documents
  • Distributing e-mails to various team members on Outlook
  • Ah-hoc client requests such as POA filing, expression of wish and change of addresses/contact details updating this information on Inteliflow
  • Liaising with various providers

  • You enjoy a challenge and would like to progress into a role dealing directly with clients and advisers
  • You have a can-do attitude and like to go that extra mile for your team members
  • Good time keeping

Salary:

£16,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
