Position: Solicitor - Property Litigation
About the Role: An expanding Property Litigation team which is renowned in the Legal 500 for technical expertise has an opportunity to join as a solicitor with property litigation experience.
Compensation: Up to £55k DOE and PQE level plus benefits package
Working pattern: Flexible hybrid available
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload and assist senior fee earners.
- Provide excellent client service and develop strong client relationships.
- Draft correspondence and court papers, liaise with the Court, instruct counsel and experts.
- Attend court hearings and meetings.
- Support and supervise junior team members.
- Participate in business development.
Candidate profile:
- 0-4 years PQE in property litigation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Client-focused with a drive for business development.
- Experience in real property, landlord and tenant disputes, and contractual disputes.
