You will lead on all aspects of work associated with the forward planning, modernisation, engagement and performance of the divisional workforce.

Profile
The successful HR Business Partner will possess the following:
- Masters degree level or equivalent experience. CIPD qualified
- Extensive track record of operational ER and strategic HR achievement.
- Previous experience of working within an NHS environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form productive collaborative working relationships
