Our client are a PE backed, multisite business. As they continue to perform they are now seeking a commercially astute qualified finance professional in a high profile role where you will be responsible for all aspects of FP&A and Finance Business Partnering. Reporting directly to the CFO duties may include:-
- Manage a team of qualified finance business partners
- Work closely with the executive team to drive strategy, providing detailed insights to drive decision making
- Own the financial plan including all budgets and forecasts
- Work closely with the senior management team to drive revenue and margin growth through details pricing and promotion strategy
- Ensure cost management is optimised at site level in order to drive profitable performance
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with experience within the retail / leisure or hospitality sector who has gained commercial experience and is looking to continue to develop their finance career
