Description
Responsibilities -
- Prioritize and handling of general office tasks under pressure.
- Working within accounts payable and primarily responsible for processing and paying expenses invoices after obtaining approval from appropriate departments.
- You will also be involved with accounts payable for stock, matching invoices to GRN'S on the system.
- Dealing with supplier queries and monthly reconciliation.
- Ledger updates and general book keeping duties.
- Running reports on supplier payment runs on a weekly and Monthly basis
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable/Finance Administrator should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Experience in financial administration
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Offer
- A salary range of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
