Description

Responsibilities -

  • Prioritize and handling of general office tasks under pressure.
  • Working within accounts payable and primarily responsible for processing and paying expenses invoices after obtaining approval from appropriate departments.
  • You will also be involved with accounts payable for stock, matching invoices to GRN'S on the system.
  • Dealing with supplier queries and monthly reconciliation.
  • Ledger updates and general book keeping duties.
  • Running reports on supplier payment runs on a weekly and Monthly basis

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable/Finance Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Experience in financial administration
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Offer

  • A salary range of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
