We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team within Vistry East London, at our Brentwood office. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in the delivery of marketing materials and activities that inform and create customer desire for Countryside Partnerships, driving visitors to site with the aim of increasing sales.

  • Assist with the setup of new marketing suites and show homes and the delivery of marketing signage/hoarding.

  • Assist with booking all advertising and updating/distributing the Media Schedule & adverts to reflect marketing activity and liaising with Marketing Manager regularly to ensure all changes are made.

  • Assist Marketing Manager with in-house and property portal email campaigns by briefing relevant agencies, managing amends, and distributing on relevant portals.

  • Monitor email marketing best practice / trends and implement where possible to improve the performance.

  • General office support.

  • Monitors and maintains a high level of presentation on our developments.

  • Proofread marketing materials, amends as required, and obtains approval prior to issue in line with ISO9001 and NHQC and with reference to PMA (Property Misdescriptions Act).

  • Providing assistance at promotional events.

  • Managing the storage of all communications materials including CGI's and photographs in line with Company procedures.

  • Liaises, updates, and communicates regularly with the Marketing Manager and Sales Managers as required.

  • Add new development information to both the Coins and Keys CRM systems and maintain the sales status of these.

  • Research and create copy for ‘coming soon' developments to be listed on the Group's main website and ensure the listings/development pages are up to date thereafter.

  • Update property portals on a regular basis, checking the consistency of information between adverts and websites to ensure current prices, availability and key messages are accurately reflected.

  • Process invoices ensuring they are coded and entered onto the system, in line with our procedures.
