ISCA Recruitment Limited is looking to recruit an experienced Telemarketing Executive for a fast-paced business based on the outskirts of Exeter in a varied business development role. This is a full remote role however candidates must live within travelling distance to Exeter for monthly reporting meetings.
Duties will include:
- Office based sales to identify named individuals within target companies
- Tele appointment setting
- Contact and follow up on early stage leads to secure meetings for sales team
- Online research to identify suitable businesses and contacts for prospecting, email and direct marketing
- Maintain and update information on CRM system
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience within a sales and marketing environment preferably business to business
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to converse at all levels
- Self-sufficient and proactive
- Target driven - number of calls, conversions, appointments made etc.
- Attention to detail and experience of using CRM systems
- Previous telesales experience desirable
In return this company offers on going training, a friendly supportive working environment and a salary of £26,000 - £30,000pa + benefits.
