Job Title: Senior Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Newport, 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
Salary: £60K - £90K DOE and PQE
Hours: Full Time
I have partnered with a well established, reputable law firm, with multiple offices across Wales. They are looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their well respected team.
You will be taking over an existing caseload of varied Commercial Property matters including freehold/leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and corporate support, investment work and giving clients confident, strategic advice.
The ideal candidate will be a 10 years post qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) but applicants 5PQE + will also be considered.
Candidates should have a strong track record of billing within commercial property and excellent client care.
Salary is in line with applicants direct Commercial Property experience and years post qualified experience.
