Robert Half have partnered with a leading real estate investment firm who are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CE to join their team in London.
As a Project Manager with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CE, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
This is a day rate contract for an initial 6 months with potential to extend to 18. Please note this role is 5 days a week in the Central London Office.
Project Planning and Management:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans that include scheduling, resource allocation, and budget considerations.

Track project milestones and deliverables.
Team Leadership and Coordination:

Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and manage their performance.

Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Implementation and Deployment:

Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.

Manage the customisation and configuration of Dynamics CE to fit company needs.

Ensure successful deployment and integration of the system with existing processes and systems.
Quality Assurance and Reporting:

Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.

Conduct risk management and mitigation strategies.

Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed on time.
Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:

Proven experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) projects.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in a client-facing role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE modules and functionalities.

Excellent project management skills with a strong knowledge of methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
