Randstad Education is seeking a Cover Teacher to join our team in Oldham. This role involves stepping into various classrooms to ensure continuity of learning and student support. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage classroom activities.
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse student groups.
- Maintain effective classroom management and address any issues that arise.
- Provide feedback on student performance and report any concerns to school management.
Requirements:
- Experience with children or young people, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Enhanced DBS on the updated service is required (or willingness to apply).
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not offered).
