Due to continued growth, we are seeking self-employed Enforcement Agents/Bailiffs to join our fantastic team. As the front line of our business, you will be field-based and responsible for recovering monies on behalf of taxpayers, businesses, and individuals. Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance with court orders while maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
If you are not already licenced, full training can be provided to become a Certificated/ Licenced Enforcement Agent.
What You Will Do:
- Execute Court Orders: Visit properties and individuals to enforce court orders and recover outstanding debts.
- Ensure Ethical Compliance: Uphold our commitment to ethical practices and treat all individuals with respect and fairness.
- Manage Your Workload: As a self-employed agent, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and workload to meet targets.
- Engage with the Community: Act as a representative of our company, maintaining a professional manner in all interactions.
What We Are Looking For:
- A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
- Experience in debt recovery, law enforcement, or similar fields is advantageous, but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Uncapped commission, realistic earnings after Certification between £40,000 - £90,000+ (uncapped)

- Use own Vehicle or there is the option for you to lease a vehicle (Diesel or Electric) - once certificated.

Successful candidates will need to pass the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check process and also hold a full UK Driving Licence
