This SME is looking for some medium-term assistance as they go through a period of transition.
Reporting to the FD, and ably supported by a small team, you will be responsible for the day to finance and controls.
You will also get involved in the range of projects that they are currently implementing in the business. This could include:
- Reviewing processes and making changes
- Reviewing cost base/efficiency and suggesting improvements
- Assisting in the implementation of a new system
- Developing an enthusiastic and capable team to be best in class
This opportunity would ideally suit an experienced finance professional (qualified or qualified by experience) who enjoys being in the thick of things. This is a great role in which to make your mark.
Ideally you will come from an industry background with experience of working with ERP systems. An ability to work with all levels across a business would be an advantage. This is a primarily on-site role.
