Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant/ Recruitment Consultant
Package: £25k Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K Year 2) (£80K Year 3)

The Role
- This is a sales role that will involve a large amount of business development & telephone work, speaking directly with clients across the world, working on assignments & headhunting candidates.
- You will manage your own workload whilst being overseen by a sector experienced manager.

Requirements
- Must have a 2:1 University degree or 2 Years sales experience
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Money motivated
- Competitive
- Excellent communication skills
