Day to Day Duties
- Works closely with the Production Manager on all Operational Issues
- Responsible for the complete understanding off all areas under the production control and supervision of all production employees
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Help maintain outputs set by the Production Manager, with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction in mind
- Ensure compliance to Health & Safety on site at all times
- Assisting in the development and the maintenance of safety standards to provide a safe working environment for all employees
- Assisting in the annual implementation and reviewing of risk assessments
- Ensures all standards policies and procedures are adhered to within your area of your control
- Ensures preventative maintenance is carried out as per the agreed schedules and reacts quickly and strategically to any machine breakdowns
- Assist the Production Manager with any site facility issues
- Maintain Quality standards throughout the operational process and assists and develops process improvements to drive forward
- Maintain customer delivery performance of 97%
- Maintain, update & communicate "Coms Zone" Boards
