Salary: £95-£110 per day
Location: DN12
Role type: temporary, 1 term.
I am currently working with a busy, and friendly primary school in the DN12 area. The school are part of a multi-academy trust and were rated ‘good' in their last inspection.
Their focus is on personalising learning for all children in their school to encourage them to expand their horizons and make their way to a prosperous life. They endeavour to foster an excitement to learn in every child and make school a happy place to be.
Currently I am supporting them in finding a qualified and experienced HLTA to support them in the Autumn term initially.
The school are looking for someone who:
- Can adapt to a variety of year groups and class environments.
- Will use initiative to deliver pre-planned lessons in a personalised way, considering the variety of needs in the classroom.
- Can work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to provide a consistent and comprehensive front to both teaching and behaviour management.
- Will use their previous experience to be able to take on additional responsibilities, such as planning and marking as required.
- Is ready to throw themselves into the school environment and culture and can embody the school ethos every day.
This position would initially be on a temporary basis for the Autumn term with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
