About the role: As Head of Operations you would be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and organic growth of the company's pest control and extreme cleaning division throughout the UK & Ireland, seamlessly integrating the operations of new acquisitions and new customers as the company grows to deliver an outstanding customer service and colleague experience.
About YOU:
- Pest control experience
- Running concurrent post-acquisition integrations.
- Integrating a significant number of small acquisitions where systems and processes are often under-developed or do not exist.
- A valid driving licence & access to own vehicle.
