Telemarketing Executive

Driving business growth and increasing revenue are the aims of this Telemarketing Executive position that sits within a reputable business that has exciting plans for the future.

  • Work Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £25,000 plus a bonus of £50.00 for any converted and paid out lead, expected OTE £30,000 per annum

Telemarketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to identify potential business opportunities and generate
  • Nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers by keeping them engaged and regularly connecting
  • Actively promote the company's products and solutions, explaining the benefits of the products
  • Liaise with customers to understand and determine their needs and to successfully qualify leads
  • Follow up on outstanding leads on behalf of the Business Development Managers and Sales Managers, closing sales where appropriate
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team to ensure they are well informed and able to maximise sales opportunities
  • Work to and (hopefully exceed) agreed daily and monthly leads and work within agreed KPIs
  • Maintain the CRM system with all sales activity and customer information

Telemarketing Executive Skills and Experience:

  • Prior sales experience gained within a busy telesales/telemarketing role would be a distinct advantage
  • Motivated with plenty of drive and thrives in a fast-paced targeted environment
  • Professional telephone manner with superb communication skills and can confidently engage with prospective customers and build relationships with ease
  • Excellent negotiation skills, able to influence and persuade in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong organisation skills, able to manage high call volumes and maintain relationships
  • Solutions-focused, able to handle objections with confidence and identify solutions for customers
