hours available: Monday – Friday - 8am till 4pm
Customer Service Advisor
responsibilities:
- Processing customer quotes and orders
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Liaise with internal departments regarding stock availability
- Manage and resolve queries and issues
- Assist with any general Customer Service duties as required
- Handling webchat enquiries

requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Must possess a good work ethic
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
