We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the busy Talent Acquisition team for 3-6 months.
This is a fixed term, office-based role in Weybridge Surrey.
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding, working across multiple vacancies for the corporate team in the UK and Germany. Functions covered may include roles in finance & trading, operations, and sales.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, sociable, and proactive with a passion for talent and HR. Previous recruitment experience is essential and HR exposure is advantageous. You will be reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager and working as part of a supportive HR team of 10.
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Proactively source potential candidates via LinkedIn
- Screening candidates to ensure they're suitable for the position being recruited for including first screening/introductory calls
- Deliver a consistently excellent service to internal stakeholders
- Promoting and elevating our company brand via social media platforms,
- Delivering a brilliant candidate experience to all applicants and candidates.
- Issuing employment contracts and offer letters
Essential Requirements
- Vast experience in full cycle in-house recruitment
- Vast experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn recruiter
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise across multiple concurrent positions
- Experience of using an ATS & advanced MS Office skills
- Sound project management skills
- Proficient user of Job Boards, databases and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Confident, engaging, and articulate interpersonal skills
- Oil & Gas Industry knowledge is an advantage
- Professional level of German language is an advantage
