Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Customer Service Assistant for a 6 month role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Taking care of the customer & support the sales effort through the ownership of a set of named customer accounts.
- Handling all customer service, product and account enquiries via phone and emails, capable of handling difficult customers and situations.
- Providing quotations to the customer, through our Project and Quotations team where applicable.
- Manage orders: entering /checking / dating / expediting / coordinating shipments in and outside of the EU / confirming & communicating.
- Must speak Spanish, Italian or French at a fluent level
Profile:
The successful temporary, Customer Service Assistant will have at least 1 years experience working within Customer Service and will speak either Spanish, Italian or French at a fluent level. Salesforce experience is also desirable.
You must be either immediate to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is an electronics business based in the City of London. You will work 5 days per week from their office.
Salary & Benefits:
This immediate, temporary Customer Service Assistant role will be paying circa £22-24 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
