An fantastic opportunity has arisen within an exciting Baked Goods & ECommerce organisation who are growing!
My Client is seeking an Operations Executive to join their organisation to support the Operations Manager and a wide variety of tasks.
Responsibilities -
- Experience in materials and ingredients planning and purchasing.
- Work with the team to make sure we have correctly updated prices and run rates.
- Communicate with external suppliers on purchasing and goods.
- Owning Warehouse Management System and planning information.
- Working with New Product Development and production to improve process efficiencies
- Assisting with the creation, implementation and management of SOPs.
- Execute all general operations tasks to the required standard.
- Assist our production team to ensure full compliance regarding Food safety and Health & Safety audits.
Ideal requirements -
- Strong computer skills (analytical).
- Experience with Linnworks.
- Evenings & weekends may be required.
