Exciting opportunity for a Head of Paid Media to join a well-established beauty and makeup brand in a fully remote role. This business is renowned for its high-quality beauty products, operating through a direct-to-consumer model on its e-commerce platform, and through partnerships with premium retailers both online and in-store across the globe.

Role:

The Head of Paid Media will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social channels. You'll collaborate with internal teams to enhance online visibility, boost website traffic, and drive ROI. Candidates must have experience managing substantial budgets and working across international markets.

  • Daily oversight of paid media platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat;
  • Develop and implement Google Ads strategies that align with goals, industry developments, and in-depth keyword research;
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor movements, and new advertising platforms to maintain an edge;
  • Continuously refine and improve quality scores for paid search campaigns;
  • Create, test, and refine ad copy: A/B test various ad components, including headlines, extensions, and landing pages for optimal performance;
  • Work with the creative team to brief in new ad concepts;
  • Regularly track and assess campaign performance, offering insights and data-driven recommendations for optimization;
  • Effectively manage multi-region budgets to ensure optimal return on investment.

Requirements:

We're seeking a candidate with strong experience in both Paid Search and Paid Social. The Head of Paid Media will have a data-driven mindset, hands-on experience with TikTok, and proven success managing significant budgets (£2 - £5 million annually).

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media management;
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Supermetrics, Power BI, Looker Studio;
  • Google Ads certification;
  • Facebook certification;
  • Experience in the beauty and makeup industry (preferred, but open to e-commerce or premium brands);
  • Proactive with a keen interest in contributing to wider business growth;
  • Strong analytical skills and a love for data.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
