Acorn by Synergie is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a French-speaking Account Coordinator to join a growing team at a market-leading business near Deeside. This position offers a fixed-term contract lasting at least 6 months.
As a French-Speaking Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs. This role requires proficiency in French and English, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for clients on project status and milestones.
- Translation of customer communications into English, both as part of routine tasks and on an ad hoc basis
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and client engagement.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
