You will be joining a top tier firm's Real Estate department with the role having a large focus on supporting its energy and utility clients.
This role involves managing a busy caseload of transactions, including liaising with the clients to obtain instruction, drafting acquisition documentation, negotiating, title reviews, drafting retainer letters and ensuring compliance.
They are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic and experienced in Real Estate, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative. Experience in dealing with large workload is paramount.
