Travel Sales Support
Due to continued growth and the expansion of the business my clients are recruiting for a full time Sales Support Role for its office in Norwich, Norfolk.

It is a company that currently specialises in Fishing and shooting holidays all over the world. However, with its development plans there will be expansion into other sporting holidays, Giving the successful applicants the opportunity to grow with the company and further their career.
The Sales Support Role is a new position within the company whereby the successful applicant will be working with the existing sales team assisting with the production of customers quotations and dealing with customers repeat bookings.
The role will demand excellent communication and organisational skills, with the confidence and ability to develop and maintain customer relationships while working effectively in a team.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an exceptionally high level attention to detail and also have some previous sales experience dealing with customers, However, we will also consider anyone looking to enter into travel sales who can demonstrate a passion for this role.
Experience in travel, fishing and/or shooting is preferable but not essential as full training given.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the sales team with customer enquiries
- Building customers quotations
- Obtaining flight quotations
- Dealing directly with existing customers rebooking's
- To ensure the company's values are consistently demonstrated.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel and Word
- An organised & disciplined attitude towards managing workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task.
- Highly organised.
- Resilience to deal with complex queries in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident with a positive attitude
- Experience of working within the travel industry is desirable but not essential.
- Experience and knowledge within the fishing / shooting industry Is desirable but not essential.

It is an in-person, office-based role. Hours: 40 per week Monday – Friday.
