Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting various departments as needed.

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Administrative Support:

Plan deliver routes

Prepare import and export paperwork

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an office assistant is desired, but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
