Digital Experience Director - Agency - London (Hybrid Working)
Are you ambitious senior Digital leader looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading global digital media giant? Do you have experience creating, defining and delivering key digital strategies for global brands? Can you demonstrate innovative thought leadership and key strategic digital delivery initiatives.
As the successful candidate you will have great stakeholder management skills, be able to influence and inspire teams both internally and eternally. Other key responsibilities include;
- Define the vision for digital transformation across all digital channels and create a roadmap to achieve it.
- Build client confidence, shape their cross-platform digital experience, and guide their digital transformation plans. Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, service expansion, and revenue growth.
- Establish structures and processes to deliver cohesive digital experiences across all channels.
- Lead and upskill staff, identifying necessary new resources and skills.
- Optimise processes and technology adoption, implementing efficiencies and new technologies with an emphasis on automation.
- Coordinate with digital transformation leaders and resources in other offices.
