PE Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Pay: Up to £230 per day
Start Date: September 2024
GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated PE Teacher to join one of our client schools in Sheffield starting in September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher to inspire students and promote a healthy, active lifestyle through physical education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic PE lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Plan and deliver a range of activities that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and skill development.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and personal growth.
- Organise and oversee extracurricular sports activities and events.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS) or equivalent degree.
- Proven experience teaching PE at secondary level.
- Strong background in promoting physical fitness and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to fostering a love for sports and physical activity among students.
