UK Sales Coordinator
South Kent
£28,000 - £30,000 DOE
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Temporary to Permanent
A fantastic opportunity for an UK Sales Coordinator to work within a well-established, award-winning organisation based in rural South Kent. We are looking for a driven and results orientated individual looking to join a thriving business.
Duties include:
- Responsible for the
daily running of the main office
including
answering incoming calls
and responding to
customer queries
- Processing all sales orders
in a quick and efficient manner
- Amending
work orders
in relation to
customer requirements
- Processing Sales Invoices
and responding to
credit queries
- Organisation of
transport/ third party courier services
- Assisting the
procurement team
with
administration tasks
- Assisting internal departments with
end of the month procedures
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
- Computer literate
including proficiency in
Microsoft software (Excel)
- Experience confidently operating
SAP software.
- Have excellent
communication skills both written and verbal
- You will be
highly organised
and a confident individual
- Have the ability to
multi task and meet tight deadlines
