Overheating Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity for an Overheating Assessor who is looking to broaden their energy modelling experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy. The successful candidate will be exposed to a range of projects with the property and construction industry with the luxury of remote working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Using IES software to conduct thermal modelling, overheating, and thermal comfort analysis
- Carry out Overheating and Part O assessments
- Undertake energy assessments, statements, and modelling improvements for planning, whilst ensuring building designs are complying with Part L
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant experience within a sustainability consultant role, with demonstratable experience with overheating analysis.
- An educational background within energy and sustainability
- Experience and competency with IES for overheating analysis that includes TM59 and TM52
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- It would be advantageous to be knowledgeable of UK building standards and regulations such as Part L
