Engineering Project Lead - Shrewsbury (Hybrid) - Up to £50/hr - Inside IR35

What You Will Do:
- Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Coordinate resources across sales, marketing, product development groups, value chain, and manufacturing.
- Oversee project progress and costs; communicate status with stakeholders.
- Direct project staffing; motivate and develop project team members.
- Lead the creation and execution of Business Unit focused Product Development Projects.
- Ensure the timely and valuable introduction of engineering solutions and new products.
What You Will Bring:
- A degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
- Extensive experience in engineering technical excellence and project management.
- Microsoft Project experience
- Understanding of powerpack systems, engine systems preferred
- Proven ability to influence through expertise and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Strong knowledge of product design and development.
- Exceptional team management and requirements analysis skills.
