CRM Specialist

We are seeking a CRM specialist who is commercially astute and has the knowledge and experience to support the CRM team in driving sales through online transactions and CRM campaigns.

The successful candidate needs to be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail with stakeholder management experience, you will also need to be able to respond to trading requirements whilst working under pressure.

The is an officer based on the outskirts of Chester, in a fast-paced and evolving industry that requires the successful candidate to;

  • Drive online transactions and multi-channel transactions through loyal and valued customer streams.
  • Work alongside internal teams to drive content engagement and learning
  • Work with internal teams to develop campaigns
  • Report on A/B testing alongside general metrics and trending.
  • Email campaign development
  • Email campaign testing and scheduling
  • Monitor and deploy triggered, dynamic, one-time and reoccurring email campaigns
  • Work with Trade managers and design resources to procure creative assets

Skills Required

Essential

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM cross-sell / up-sell techniques
  • Experience in Google Analytics
  • Excel
  • A/B testing
  • Campaign implementation
  • Create CRM communications
  • The ability to build and deploy campaigns In a marketing cloud platform (email/SMS/ push notifications)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of CRM best practices & benchmarks

Preferred

  • Salesforce (Marketing cloud & Exact marketing)
  • Use of Marketing automation tools
