We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Tax Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance, and providing proactive tax planning advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns, including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
- Provide expert tax advice to clients, identifying planning opportunities and mitigating potential tax risks.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial circumstances and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless client service.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the tax team through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Skills and Experience:
- CTA qualified with a proven track record in personal tax compliance and advisory.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
- Proficiency in relevant tax software and systems.
