What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff across our hospital portfolio.
- Develop and implement innovative, health-conscious menus tailored to our patients' diverse needs.
- Ensure the highest levels of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare professionals to create meals that promote recovery and well-being.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory to optimize efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
- Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
- Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
Who You Are:
- A culinary professional with proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a healthcare or high-end hospitality setting.
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- A creative thinker with a deep understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
- An inspiring leader with excellent communication and management skills.
- A dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
